Monday Blues

Sometimes when I go to work on Monday, I feel a bit of Monday blues. Our internal clocks operate on a day that is longer than 24 hours. By the time Monday rolls around each week, we've built up a sleep deficit of at least an hour. Drinking coffee or another caffeine beverage will help.

  2. I have a solution for you if you are sleepy. Why not you go to 7Eleven and buy a candy that is long one, green in colour and very sour. It will make you more awake.
